Job Description Job Description Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years OR RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse is needed for an 8-hour day shift position in Culdesac, ID. This contract role requires a dedicated RN who demonstrates advanced critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in the surgical environment. The nurse will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR personnel to deliver safe and efficient patient care while adhering to state nursing standards and hospital policies. Key Responsibilities: Schedule surgical cases and ensure timely case flow Verify and manage surgical supplies and equipment readiness Communicate effectively with patients' families Update and maintain physician preference cards Perform scrubbing and circulating duties during surgeries Supervise and support OR team members providing patient care Qualifications / Desired Experience: Idaho RN license or multi-state RN license, current and attached upon submission ACLS and BLS certifications from the American Heart Association Minimum of 3 years recent OR RN experience in a hospital setting Experience with General Surgery, Da Vinci robotic surgery preferred, Orthopedic cases including robotic knee replacement, Trauma, and Neurosurgery Schedule / Hours: Monday through Friday, Day shift: 6:30 AM 3:00 PM On-call one weekday per week and one weekend day per month About Culdesac, ID: Nestled in the scenic landscapes of Idaho, Culdesac offers a peaceful small-town atmosphere surrounded by natural beauty.
