Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) Juliaetta, ID (Contract) An opportunity is available for an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional perioperative care in a dynamic hospital setting. This role requires strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and collaboration with surgical teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care in the operating room. Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule surgical cases, ensuring appropriate preparation and availability of supplies Scrub and circulate during surgical procedures for a variety of specialties including general surgery, robotics, orthopedic knee replacements, trauma, and neurology Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, OR technicians, and other healthcare personnel Communicate with patients families regarding patient status and updates Maintain and update physician preference cards and surgical documentation Supervise personnel involved in delivering patient care in the operating room environment Participate in on-call rotation, including one weekend per month Qualifications: Current Idaho RN license or multi-state RN license American Heart Association ACLS and BLS certifications Minimum of 3 years recent OR RN experience in a hospital setting Experience preferred in general surgery, Da Vinci robotic system, orthopedic procedures, trauma, and neurosurgery Proven ability to work day shifts (0630-1500), Monday through Friday with additional call coverage Location:Juliaetta, Idaho, offers a welcoming, small-town atmosphere with easy access to outdoor recreational areas.
