Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Boise, ID Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,965 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified OR RN in Boise, Idaho, 83712! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Surgical Services Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-Hour Evenings Hours per Shift: 11 a.m. - 11 p.m. Experience: 2 years License: Required Certifications: BLS Certification Must-Have: Minimum of 2 years of experience. Prefer at least 1-2 travel assignments. Broad experience in various surgical cases. Top 2 strengths/areas of expertise must be listed. Description: Department Overview: Operating Room with 17 surgical suites. Average number of cases per day is 65. Common Cases Include: Pediatric cases across all specialties and trauma. Adult cases such as general surgery, neuro-spine and cranial procedures, and orthopedic surgeries. Urology, including complicated cases and robotic-assisted surgeries. Oncology with a connected oncology center. ENT, GYN, and various bariatric surgeries. Additional Information: No scrubbing required for registered nurses. Charge nurse available on every shift. Surgical techs are present in the operating room. Utilizing EMR system. Scheduling Information: 12-hour day shifts typically from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Overnight shifts are rare but may be required. Call requirements entail a minimum of four hours following a scheduled shift. Volunteers will be prioritized for weekend and holiday shifts. Response Time for Call: 30 minutes. Floating Requirements: Rarely float, but may float to nearby surgery centers as needed. Dress Code: Scrubs are provided in grey.
