As a nonprofit organization recognized for outstanding service by the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, we are looking for a dedicated Evening MedTech/Caregiver to contribute to our mission of providing exceptional care to our residents. Full-Time Position: 2pm-10pm Tuesday-Saturday We believe in taking care of our team members as much as our residents. Provide assistance with personal hygiene tasks such as showering and nail care. Assist residents with morning and bedtime routines, including dressing and undressing. Conduct oral hygiene care for residents. Perform grooming tasks to maintain resident cleanliness and appearance. Support and assist with the facility's toileting program. Offer queuing and assistance during mealtimes to ensure residents' nutritional needs are met. Help residents with safe transfers, utilizing gait belts, sit-to-stand lifts, and Hoyer lift equipment as needed. promptly report any unusual findings to the shift lead or charge nurse. Respond appropriately to residents' emotional and behavioral changes. React swiftly and effectively in emergency situations, including responding to the resident emergency call system. Encourage and facilitate resident socialization and participation in community activities. Communicate and document any concerns or observations regarding residents' well-being to the charge nurse and in the electronic MAR.
