Responsibilities:
--- Proactively Generate new referral partner relationships
--- Service existing referral partner relationships
--- Provide borrowers with confidence throughout every step of the lending process
--- Proactively communicate with the team, referral partners and borrowers
--- Manage Pre-Approval Process for borrowers
--- Effectively communicate with internal and external partners

Qualifications:
--- NMLS ID (MLO license required prior to onboarding)
--- Must be highly team-oriented
--- Must be committed to personal and professional development - we grow great people and have exceptionally high expectations
--- Must be dedicated to promoting a healthy culture that hyper-focuses on the good of the team
--- Must love learning and delivering true value to everyone we encounter through the creation of residential mortgages
--- Knowledge of calculating income within residential lending guidelines
--- Analytical skills, attention to detail with high-level accuracy, and time management
--- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, with exceptional etiquette and finesse
--- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
--- Takes initiative, is highly independent, and is able to work under limited supervision
--- High school diploma required
--- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office
--- Loan Origination Software (LOS), and Automated Underwriting System (AUS) are assets
--- Solid knowledge of various residential mortgage loans such as Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, etc.
--- Project a professional image and collaborate with others to accomplish goals and demanding deadlines
