As a Customer Greeter at Avis Budget Group, you will be the first point of contact for customers as they embark on their travel journeys. Based at strategic airport locations, you’ll be responsible for providing a warm welcome and guiding customers through our seamless rental pick-up process. Warmly greeting customers upon their arrival and assist them with any initial inquiries. Guiding customers to appropriate service desks or directions within the airport. Providing information on vehicle rentals, amenities, airport facilities, and procedures. Assisting with customer service duties including managing queues and providing operational support to the customer service team. Collaborating with various teams to ensure efficient service delivery and resolve any customer concerns swiftly. Maintaining knowledge of all Avis Budget Group services and promotions, ensuring accurate information is communicated.
