The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and secure parking services for our guests’ vehicles, contributing to the seamless service experience Marriott is known for. This role is suited for individuals who are organized, attentive, and who possess strong interpersonal skills. Greet guests and assist with unloading and loading of luggage as needed. Park and retrieve cars quickly and safely, ensuring no damage to vehicles. Manage parking area effectively, keeping track of vehicle locations and ensuring space optimization. Answer guest inquiries and provide directions or other information as required. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Comply with all traffic laws and operational policies and procedures. Handle keys and parking tickets responsibly, ensuring guests’ peace of mind. Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles proficiently. Strong organizational skills to manage a large volume of cars. Excellent customer service skills to enhance guest experiences. Ability to work on feet for extended periods and move quickly as required. Good communication skills.
