Our servers are the face of Marriott, directly interacting with guests to provide memorable dining experiences in a luxurious setting. As a Server at the Marriott Lobby Lounge, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, globally recognized environment where your work is vital to maintaining our reputation for outstanding guest service. Provide outstanding guest services by welcoming and serving guests in the Lobby Lounge. Present menu, answer queries and make suggestions regarding food and beverage. Ensure table settings are perfect and maintain a clean and safe environment. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure prompt and accurate service. Handle guest complaints professionally and report to management as needed. Process billing and payments accurately, adhering to Marriott’s financial policies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Proven ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally. Knowledge of food and beverage safety and hygiene regulations.
