The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is looking for a Program Manager to support our government customer located in O'ahu, Hawai'i.DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversight of all areas of the program and specifically for performance of services of:Baseline NEC Services including:Service Area 700 - Automation Directory ServiceOperate and maintain classified and unclassified installation Organizational Unit (OU).Database Administration ServicesDesktop/Software/Peripheral Support ServicesServer AdministrationData Network ServicesAutomation and Network COOP and OPLAN Support ServicesAutomation and Network Service Support.Unvlassified Network ManagementService Area 701 - Communications Systems and System Support -Telephone and Data InfrastructureTelephone FirewallTelephone Switch Operation ServicesTelephone Emergency Communications/Telephone ServicesInstallation InfrastructureCommunications Facilities PlanningPlan circuit installation and maintenance servicesService Area 703 - CybersecurityDoD Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) ServiceRisk Management/Authorization/Assessment Policy ServicesDefensive Cyberspace OperationsNetwork ProtectionNetwork Security MonitoringNetwork Security Incident Response and ReportingNetwork Security SustainmentBusiness and Plans Services including:Logistic Support - Material and Equipment ProcurementTransportationProperty ManagementEnd Item DocumentationPhysical and Operational ManagementTheater-level SupportPower, HVAC, and GroundingPreventive MaintenanceChecks, and Services, System, Facility, and Network DocumentationCommunication Facility ManagementRack Elevation Creation and DocumentationPhysical and Personnel SecurityOther duties as assigned, by Supervisor.REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:High School diploma requires (Bachelor's degree preferred)Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Defense Acquisition University (DAU) graduateCertified Information Security System Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager or Cyber Security Leadership Certification (GSLC)ITIL certification within three (3) months of contract startREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Must have experience managing resources, projects, schedule, and budget for communications infrastructure projects.
