Registered Nurse (RN) | Ambulatory Care Location: Augusta, GA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,848 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 9 hours Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Outpatient Surgery Duration: 14 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 9 hours (06:00 - 18:00) Experience: Minimum of 1 year in the outpatient surgery setting License: Active RN license Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Need an RN operating room circulator with at least 1 year circulator experience in the intraoperative setting. Experience with specialties such as retina surgery, total hip/knees, hand surgery, breast oncology, breast reconstruction, ENT, lap chole, hernia repairs, and podiatry. Description: Schedule consists of four 9-hour shifts. Varied shifts include 6:00 - 15:30, 6:30 - 16:00, 8:00 - 17:30, and 8:30 - 18:00. Patient population ranges from pediatrics to geriatrics. The ratio is 1:4, with five operating rooms and an average daily census of 18. Essential skills include experience in operating room procedures. Floating is rare within the facility and within the RN's scope of practice as needed. No call requirements are expected, but the RN may be asked to stay over based on completion of cases. If assigned to two additional rooms after completing three, the RN must stay until one room is left. If assigned to three additional rooms after completing three, the RN must stay until two rooms are left. If a major holiday falls within the assignment period, the RN is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall within the assignment period, the RN is expected to work both holidays. If three major holidays occur during the assignment period, the RN is expected to work two of the holidays. Compliance is required to start on time.
