We’re seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Clinical Manager to oversee clinical operations and patient care services in our home health division. Key Responsibilities: Provide daily clinical oversight of patient care services. Coordinate referrals and admissions with internal and external sources. Evaluate patient needs and agency capabilities before admission. Supervise care planning, partner assignments, and care delivery. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and agency policies.
