What You Will Get In addition to the standard benefit offering, you can expect to receive: - Competitive compensation with ability to earn additional weekend and holiday rates - Local and national organization dues and license renewal reimbursement - Structured mentoring and quarterly in-person or online continuous education courses through MedBridge memberships - Experience working with a diverse patient population in neuro, trauma, ortho, and hand therapy - Race fee reimbursement - Paid Time Off (PTO) and Extended Illness Bank (EIB) accrual Your Responsibilities as an Inpatient/Acute Care Physical Therapist - Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome - Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs - Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members - Build and maintain relationships throughout the community /n/nQualifications & Pay Range:/n Qualifications - Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program - State Licensure - Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association Pay Range 70,000 - 95,000 per year Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
