Overview: Supports the supervision of shift activities, and acts as the expert during his or her assigned shift. Duties include daily support of staffing and assignments, providing resource support, supporting preceptor tasks, and fulfilling assigned patient care workload. Qualifications: Education - Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences Required Work Experience - 2 years Clinical experience in Respiratory Therapy. If limited NICU experience, able to ramp up basic skill set (i.e., delivery support, blood gases, equipment setup) within a defined timeframe.
