What You'll Be Doing Perform maintenance and repairs on aggregate processing equipment Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance Utilize tools and diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve issues Follow safety protocols and maintain accurate maintenance records Collaborate with team members to minimize downtime and support production goals What Are We Looking For Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Strong commitment to safety and adherence to company standards Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Effective communication and teamwork skills Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
