This position is pivotal in maintaining the operational efficiency of our manufacturing plants through expert management of electrical systems and machinery. The ideal candidate will blend technical expertise in electrical maintenance with a commitment to upholding safety standards and optimizing production. Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and industrial machinery. Perform routine checks and regular preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. Ensure compliance with national and local electrical codes and company safety policies. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to streamline maintenance processes and improve system efficiencies. Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs promptly. Maintain records of performed maintenance and repairs. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including PLCs, motor controls, and variable speed drives. Proficiency in using electrical repair tools and diagnostic equipment. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
