Provide direct nursing care in accordance with the patients' care plan. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to enhance patient comfort and quality of life. Monitor patient health status and respond to changes in condition. Administer medications and maintain records of symptoms and progress. Educate patients and their families on end-of-life care and support. Participate in the development and evaluation of care programs. Strong clinical skills in a hospice or palliative care setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficient in using healthcare software and patient databases.
