In this vital role, you will implement physician-directed care plans, administer medications, and monitor patient health across various counties in Georgia. As a GHC nurse, you will work closely with patients and families, offering the emotional support and medical care needed during difficult times. We value our nurses and offer ongoing education and support to ensure professional growth and excellent patient care. Assess patient conditions and plan, implement, or evaluate care plans. Monitor patient health and document symptoms and vital signs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician. Ensure all healthcare regulations and safety standards are met. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in managing multiple patients and prioritizing tasks.
