Georgia Hospice Care (GHC) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team dedicated to providing end-of-life care. Our RNs play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of care and comfort for patients across multiple counties in Georgia. As part of GHC, you will work closely with patients and their families, guiding them through difficult times with empathy, respect, and expert medical care. This position demands a combination of clinical skills, communication ability, and a deep commitment to patient dignity. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with the patient's care plan. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to tailor interventions to patient needs. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly. Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment plans, and end-of-life care preparation. Administer medications and document therapeutic effects. Prepare documentation required by healthcare providers and insurance companies. Maintain patient confidentiality and respect patient dignity at all times.
