Georgia Hospice Care (GHC) seeks a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to lead our compassionate team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional, personalized end-of-life care. This role encompasses overseeing clinical operations, ensuring that our high standards of care are met, and that our services continuously adapt to the needs of our patients and their families across various counties in Georgia. The Clinical Supervisor will be pivotal in fostering a supportive and effective environment, focusing on comfort, dignity, and quality of life in accordance with our mission to make a significant difference in every patient’s journey. Supervise and mentor nursing staff and coordinate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage. Ensure the delivery of high-quality hospice care in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and GHC’s policies. Evaluate the performance of the nursing staff and provide feedback and corrective guidance. Develop and implement training modules to enhance the professional skills of the care team. Manage patient care planning and ensure that patient families are informed and involved. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain continuity of care. Monitor and manage resources to ensure the efficacy and financial sustainability of care programs.
