A Medical Practice is seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team and provide care at a skilled nursing facility in Jasper, GA. Perform therapeutic procedures such as injections, immunizations, suturing, and wound management. Educate and counsel patients on treatment plans, wellness, and health maintenance. Develop and implement patient management plans to ensure continuity of care. Maintain compliance with infection control policies and legal requirements. Participate in professional development activities and contribute to team growth and education. Requirements: Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner is required.
