This is a local route where you will be home every night. We offer a sign-on bonus of up to $2,000, and a six-month training period with guaranteed pay of $1,100/week. What You’ll Do Own Your Route: Manage and grow your territory by building strong relationships with new and existing customers. Deliver Essential Services: Use hoses and equipment to efficiently load and offload oil from various containers. Drive Sales: Spot opportunities, recommend services, and boost your earnings through performance. Work Independently: Plan efficient routes, stay safe, and represent Crystal Clean with professionalism.
