Job Description Location: Carrollton & Villa Rica, Georgia Employment Type: Full-Time About the Opportunity Join a well-established 24-physician private practice Emergency Medicine group with over 30 years of service to the community. This is a dynamic opportunity to work in Level II Trauma EDs with a collaborative team of physicians, NPs, and PAs. The group operates in two locations: - Carrollton ED – 40 beds, ~65,000 annual visits - Villa Rica ED – 36 beds, ~45,000 annual visits Position Highlights - Work 16 eight-hour shifts per month (14 day shifts / 2 night shifts) - Nocturnist coverage provided by 4 physicians - Level II Trauma Facilities at both sites - Work in a 100% democratic physician-owned group - Full partnership available after year 2 - Work collaboratively with NPs/PAs - Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine candidates only Compensation & Benefits - Year 1 Salary: $325,000 - Year 2 Salary: $350,000 - Average Salary after Partnership: $450,000 - Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 - Starting Incentive: $50,000 - Relocation Assistance: Up to $14,000 - Comprehensive benefits package, including malpractice coverage Qualifications - Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Emergency Medicine - Eligible for Georgia medical license - Strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care - Team-oriented with ability to work in a collaborative group More...
