Job Description Locum CRNA Southwest Missouri | High Pay | Flexible Shifts Were seeking multiple Locum CRNAs for a high-acuity hospital in Southwest Missouri starting in 2026 . This is an ongoing need with a variety of complex cases and flexible schedulingperfect for experienced CRNAs looking for top-tier pay and a great lifestyle location. Position Highlights: Location: Greater SpringfieldOzark, MO area Start Date: 1/12/2026 (Ongoing) Shifts: 10-hour shifts, MondayFriday, day or evening options (no weekends) Schedule: Minimum 3 days/week (full-time preferred) Practice Model: 4:1 Medical Direction by anesthesiologists Cases: Complex neuro, spine, ENT, ortho, eyes, endo, OB/epidural, EP; pediatric cases included Procedures: Arterial lines, intubations, vent management required Volume: 17 ORs running daily; average daily census ~135 (includes L&D, endo, heart, MRI/CT) No call EMR: Epic Requirements: CRNA with active MO license (or willing to obtain) Case logs from last 12 months preferred Must have experience with advanced procedures (art lines, vent mgmt, intubations) Compensation & Perks: $210$240/hr 1099 depending on commitment (OT after shift; no stipends) All travel, lodging, and malpractice covered by Palm Health Resources Long-term, ongoing assignments available Why Palm Health Resources?
