The TCU cares for acutely ill patients transitioning from ICU or needing close monitoring—perfect for developing critical thinking skills. ✅ Qualifications ? Current RN license (or compact license) ? Physical ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs., prolonged standing/walking ? Ability to adapt to stressful situations & communicate effectively Certifications: ❤️ BLS (within 30 days of hire) ? ACLS ?
