Job Description Histocompatibility Laboratory Technologist / HLA Technologist Location: Boston, MA Type: Permanent and Direct Hire Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, Day Shift, Every third Saturday off (swap a weekday for Saturday) Role Highlights: High-complexity testing on donor/patient samples Manual automated HLA testing PCR, DNA extraction, SBT, Luminex/ELISA, crossmatching What they’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree 5 years of commercial/clinical laboratory, blood banking, HLA or molecular laboratory experience or 2 years of histocompatibility experience ASCP certification or equivalent CHT(ABHI) or CHS(ABHI) certification or in the process of pursuing is preferred What you get: Strong benefits PTO, 11 paid holidays 401k with match Paid family leave Mission-driven team with room to grow APPLY NOW!
