Job Description OBGYN Needed in North Carolina! Friday - Tuesday coverage needed each week. Â Weekdays will include clinic coverage as well as call that will be assisted by Midwives. Â Weekend coverage would be Physician call only. Have 2 RNs, 3 CMAs, 4, CMNs, and 4 Office Staff. Call response time is within 30 minutes, call ratio is 0-5, per 24-hour shift, average: 0-3 phone consults, 4-6 patients seen, and 4 admissions.
