The ideal candidate will oversee comprehensive quality processes and food safety measures across our production lines to ensure our products meet stringent standards and regulations, and continue to delight millions of consumers worldwide. Oversee daily operations of quality assurance and food safety processes. Implement and maintain Kellanova’s integrated management systems for quality, safety, and environmental standards. Conduct and lead regular quality assurance audits and ensure compliance with legal standards. Develop and enforce company policies and procedures related to food safety, quality, and cleanliness. Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Train and manage quality assurance team members. Prepare and present reports and metrics to management regarding food safety performance and initiatives.
