What You’ll Do As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening RWDC’s financial processes and supporting our next stage of growth. Your work will focus on Fixed Assets , general accounting , and ERP optimization , including: Core Responsibilities Lead daily financial operations and apply strong US GAAP knowledge to ensure accurate reporting. Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, schedules, and month‐end close activities. Maintain and analyze fixed asset records, including roll‐forwards, inventory tie‐outs, and asset lifecycle reporting. Partner closely with plant operations to ensure accounting accurately reflects production changes. Implement and enhance ERP functionality (experience with Infor or Oracle is a major plus). Review and approve payment activities including wires, ACH, and positive pay. Support cash analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting. Assist with year‐end audits and government or internal reporting requests. Document standard operating procedures and help build scalable processes across the finance function. Participate in accounting for new construction and R&D projects as RWDC expands. What You Bring Experience in corporate accounting with solid understanding of fixed assets, construction accounting, financial reporting and general ledger processes. Strong MS Excel & MS Power BI analytical and data skills (lookups, pivot tables, automation mindset) Familiarity with ERP systems and an eagerness to improve functionality. Ability to work cross‐functionally, meet deadlines, and deliver accurate, insightful financial analysis. Comfort operating in a fast‐growing, evolving environment — and contributing to better processes along the way. Education & Experience Requirements Must have 5 years of experience in a manufacturing accounting environment.
