In this position, you will handle detailed documentation, manage data entry, and interact with various stakeholders to resolve title-related issues while adhering to legal and company standards. Review and process incoming vehicle titles to ensure accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with customers, loan officers, and insurance agents to resolve any title discrepancies. Enter and manage data accurately in the title processing system. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state regulations regarding vehicle titles. Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless vehicle registration process. Provide excellent customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries related to titles. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with data entry and office software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
