• Collaborate with product managers to develop business goals and long-term operational plans.
• Enhance efficiency and productivity through process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
• Assist in developing and monitoring financial and budgetary plans.
• Analyze current product development processes and performance, recommending improvements.
• Design and implement processes to ensure product managers align with strategic plans.
• Foster a positive and transparent organizational culture.Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily operational processes to ensure visibility into goals, progress, risks, and issues.
  • Track and analyze key metrics to ensure timely and efficient task completion.
  • Promote visibility of delivery within the product management team and guide adherence to best practices from development to launch.
  • Coordinate operational activities with other functions to align with strategic objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR, Procurement, Finance, and other corporate functions to maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment.Required skills and qualifications
    • 10+ years in a program management role related to our industry.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
    • Knowledge of program and project management principles, stakeholder management, financial management, planning, resource management, and progress reporting.
    • Experience with product development in the software industry.
    • Understanding of the PLM process and customer-facing experience, with the ability to report to executives and coach product managers.
    • Proven track record of delivering projects in an agile environment.
    • Formal project management qualification preferred.
    • Agile coach certification preferred.
    • Ability to streamline structures and processes to enhance efficiency amid shifting business demands.
