Key Responsibilities

Perform daily audits for individual client charts and report findings
Monitor audit results, identify trends, and support clinician training needs
Collaborate on the development and maintenance of audit data tools and support quality initiatives

Required Qualifications

Active, fully independent behavioral health license (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LCMHC, LCSW)
Experience in clinical auditing, data analysis, and trend reporting
Experience as a Clinical Supervisor
Quality assurance mindset focused on continuous improvement
