We're looking to hire a PROJECT MANAGER for a premier hotel enterprise.You'll oversee the implementation and management of the next-generation Property Management System (PMS), including global learning, change management, training, and production support, collaborating with various business functions to ensure effective execution of implementation plans.This is a full-time, 4-6 month contract opportunity that is hybrid onsite in Atlanta, GA. The application deadline for this opportunity is May 9th 2024.Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, estimate resource requirements, and refine plans to ensure optimal performance.
• Offer strategic solutions based on a thorough understanding of business challenges.
• Provide task-based schedules and cost forecasts, while assessing risk-based provisions.
• Manage project scope by evaluating requirement changes and communicating their impact on budget, time, and risk.
• Prepare status reports to update key stakeholders on project progress.
• Establish and maintain communication plans and risk/issues registers.
• Identify, track, and resolve project requirements and issues, escalating when necessary.
• Coordinate project closure initiatives, including archiving project documentation and findings for future reference.Project Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline or equivalent international degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management and software deployment.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a global environment, with exposure to diverse cultures and time zones.
  • Strong project management experience, including implementation and planning abilities.
  • Proficiency in identifying and resolving issues, with advanced MS Office skills.
  • Analytical thinker with creative problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management and tools like Clarity PPM, Asana, and Rally is advantageous.
  • Highly organized and goal-oriented with proficient multitasking abilities and impactful presentation skills.
  • Skilled in fostering open communication, trust, and team collaboration.
  • Strong project management capabilities to drive successful team delivery.
  • Possesses advanced verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with internal teams such as Product, Change Management, Regional Learning and Operations, and Production Support Teams, as well as external Third-Party Vendors. More...
