Join us!Our Company is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Apartment Maintenance Technician for our Market Rate Apartment Community of 101 units in Atlanta, Georgia.Job Type: Full-TimeJob Description Summary:The Maintenance Technician performs routine maintenance in individual apartments, common areas and amenity areas. Prepares vacant units for new move-ins. Performs routine preventive maintenance. Assists in various cleaning functions and assists in monitoring the grounds. Maintains and repairs physical structures of buildings and maintains grounds by performing the following duties.Responsibilities:Maintains and repairs buildings: areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, landscaping, painting, cleaning, appliances, pools, utilities, elevators, fencing/gates, and fire systems.Responsible for completing all service requests/ work orders at the direction of the maintenance supervisor or property manager as required within 24 hours.Complete apartment service tickets and log all assigned work orders accurately and in a timely fashion.Manage vacant apartments by preparing them through the turnover process so apartments are ready to lease to new prospects.
