Our client is a leading North American manufacturer and international marketer of two integrated chemical product lines. These chemical products can be found in high-performance plastics, pulp and paper production, packaging, chemical intermediates, pharmaceuticals, medical and agricultural applications and paints, acrylics and varnishes. Under two distinctive brands, the company manufactures a complete line of custom and other vinyl-based building and home improvement products, including window profiles, siding, pipe and fittings, moldings, and trim and decking. Tremendous growth has created a need for the following professional:
Sr. IT Auditor Atlanta, Georgia
Reporting to the Director, IT Audit, you will perform Information Technology and financial audits to assess the design adequacy and operating effectiveness of controls in place to manage the risks and internal controls related to the company?s Information Technology environment. Results and findings are reported to the IT Leadership Team, senior management and the audit committee. To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor?s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, or Accounting. CISM designation is highly preferred. Four to eight years? experience that reflects a comprehensive knowledge of project management, systems design and/or computer programming, and functional knowledge of systems software, telecommunications software, database systems and IT Audit general controls will be expected. You must be able to demonstrate expert skills in auditing techniques and practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills will aid you in effectively writing cogent reports on audit findings, and recommending improvements. Importantly, you must possess good human relations, supervisory and time management skills, and outstanding interviewing, analytical and problem-solving abilities for addressing varying situations.
