There is currently a need for a Part-time Collections/Accounts Receivables Clerk in the Smyrna area.



Rewarding position as collections/accounts receivables clerk for dynamic, company requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of previous experience handling 1st Party, Business-to-Business Collections (as well as some B2C) on past due accounts from clients who have purchased products on the IT side, as well as providing research on delinquent accounts and account activity

? handling A/R and posting payments made by customers using Salesforce and MAS 500

? checking for the accuracy of figures, calculations and postings pertaining to business transactions recorded

? performing administrative tasks as needed including some Excel reporting.
