Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs: - Lead ing end-to-end implementation projects for Dayforce WFM, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budget ;
- Collaborat ing with clients to understand their business requirements and configure the Dayforce WFM system accordingly ;
- Conduct ing thorough system analysis, gap analysis, and process mapping to identify areas for improvement and optimization ;
- Develop ing and maintain ing project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation ;
- Coordinat ing with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and payroll, to ensure smooth integration of Dayforce WFM with existing systems ;
- Provid ing guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise ;
- Conduct ing training sessions and workshops to educate clients on the functionalities and best practices of Dayforce WFM ;
- Perform ing system testing and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability of the implemented solution ;
- Stay ing up to date with the latest trends and developments in Dayforce WFM and HR technology to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients ; and,
- Collaborat ing with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the practice's growth.
