Instant Teams is hiring three Defined Contributions Client Managers. The DC Client Manager (DC CM) is accountable for day-to-day operational performance for their aligned client(s). The DC CM manages the operations teams to deliver quality administrative services, partnering with other support areas such as customer care, DVT, technology, etc. The DC CM is the main point of contact for the client on daily service delivery and supports the Senior Client Manager/Client Leader in delivering best-in-class solutions to the client. The DC CM will utilize strong client communication skills and deep DC knowledge daily. Pay: 80k - 100k (dependent on experience) Benefits: 2024 Employee Benefits Schedule: Between the hours of 8am - 6pm EST, Monday - Friday Job Responsibilities - Utilize expert knowledge of DC to interpret complex client requirements
- Address questions related to unique situations, participant inquiries, client escalations, and requirements
- Drive stable and consistent delivery from Alight's internal and external partners, using data to influence standardization and process innovation
- Manage ad hoc client projects such as spins, fund changes, and acquisitions
- Validate iCAT results
- Communicate and manage eCAT with the client
- Partner with Oversight & Excellence team to 1) reduce total cost to serve by identifying opportunities to reduce demand and drive efficiency and 2) improve delivery quality
- Communicate regularly with day-to-day client contact on delivery and projects
- Act as point of contact to other groups such as Customer Care and Shared Services for client-specific items
