Employer Description:Friendly and modern family dental practice where we offer services ranging from routine cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, cosmetic dentistry, and more.We service patients in and around Columbus, GA.Compensation:30% of adjusted net collection.Benefits Offered:Benefits package including:AFLAC Supplemental health insuranceDental401(k) with 3% matchCE allowanceMalpractice insuranceRequirements of the DentistWill consider new grads, prefer a few years in general dentistry.DMD or DDS degree from accredited college.Current Georgia Dental license.We use Open Dental, DEXIS, and Planmeca patient management systems.Job info and responsibilities of the Dentist:We are a family dental practice providing a full range of general dentistry services to patients of all ages.Currently staffed with 1 Associate Dentist, several Hygienists and Assistants, 17 staff in all, we provide valuable services in 15 treatment rooms, 6 for hygiene and 9 for treatments.All treatment rooms are up-to-date with the latest digital equipment.Our goal when fully booked is for the associate to service 10 - 15 patients per day.We are looking for a personable, and moral/ethical Associate who is able to relate to patients well, to provide general dentistry to patients of all ages.There is also a potential for partnership with equity to share the fruits of our success.Job Type:Full timeSchedule:Mon - Thurs 8 - 5, flexible.Why you should come work for us:Statement from the owner:'Our patient base, team culture, and overall environment is something special that I never experienced at other offices when I was an associate.''You would be joining your second family-a work family.
