Franchise Operations: Oversee the establishment and ongoing management of franchised restaurant operations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and excellence across all locations. Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing operations team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Financial Management: Work closely with finance and other stakeholders to manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial success in line with private equity expectations. Performance Metrics: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on operational performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
