The client is a highly regarded general contracting construction company known for its excellence in delivering outstanding projects in the field of light industrial construction throughout the country for the past 30 years. They are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to join their team.
Description
Lead and manage ground-up light industrial construction projects.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of the project.
Secure necessary permits and approvals.
Regularly monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Communicate effectively with clients and provide regular updates on project status.
Manage project teams and subcontractors, ensuring they work efficiently and effectively.
Propose innovative solutions to project challenges
Profile
- Light industrial construction experience required
- Tilt wall construction experience preferred
- Technical degree level education in construction or related field
-5+ years of experience working in the construction industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Stable work record
- Knowledge in Construction Management or related field required

Job Offer
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000
Compensation package is negotiable subject to experience.
