Optical sales and Dispensing in Busy Private 40 Year old Optometric Practice in Northeast Atlanta (Duluth) GA. We are seeking a highly motivated Optician who loves dealing with patients and has excellent Customer service skills. Come be a part of our team! Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:30pm, Saturday till 1pm Work Includes: Paid Training: Yes Pay frequency: Every other week Job Type: Full-time / Part Time Vacation Time Duties and responsibilities would include: Attracting and bringing new clientele to the office Product upselling Greet all customers with a warm welcome Show urgency to providing service to customers & satisfying their needs Listens to the needs & priorities of the customer and provide the perfect product solutions Attention to detail and asks customers appropriate questions for clarity and consults with the Optician as needed Demonstrate superior product knowledge Custom fit glasses an accurately place prescription lenses Ensure 100% customer satisfaction at all times and request referrals Assist patients with frame selection and place ordersAssisting patients with proper lens selection, lens upgrades and taking accurate measurements Repair of glasses Dispensing glasses Knowledge of vision insurances Answer phones and greet patients in a professional manner.
