Rick Hendrick Toyota Sandy SpringsLocation: 6475 Roswell Rd NE, Atlanta, Georgia 30328Summary: - Responsible for introducing customers to their new cars and review the features of each vehicle. - Responsible for delivering vehicle to customer according to dealership and manufacturer guidelines.Supervisory Responsibilities: - This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Coordinates delivery with customer
• Observes that the vehicle is detailed, full of fuel, has all requested accessories installed and is in delivery area ready for customer
• Demonstrate Interior and Exterior vehicle features and personalize the delivery to the customer's needs
• Communicate the benefits of owning the vehicle purchased as well as the dealership services and amenities
• Explain warranties and all documents
• Complete necessary customer registration according to manufacturer guidelines
• Familiarize customer with Service department personnel and Service areas
• Present keys and relevant documents to customer.
• Works closely with department managers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
• Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
• Participates in required training
• Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system - - - -
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
