Job Description Provides administrative support to patient care area(s) and quality patient care services under supervision of a licensed professional. Proactively supports efforts that ensure delivery of safe patient care and services and promote a safe environment at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. Experience - No minimum experience required Preferred Qualifications
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant, or Emergency Medical Technician or nursing student who has successfully completed one clinical rotation or 1 year of clinical hospital experience
- 1 year of experience in pediatrics Education
- High school diploma or equivalent Certification Summary
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) or American Red Cross equivalent within 30 days of employment Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must satisfactorily complete all skills and requirements
- Competencies as defined by department must be completed within 6 months of employment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and documentation of ongoing development and training
- Must be able to successfully pass the Basic Windows Skill Assessment at 80% or higher rating within 30 days of employment Job Responsibilities
