We are seeking a talented wealth advisor to provide comprehensive financial planning and investment management to high net worth individuals and families. In this role, you will:- Develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, events, and other lead generation channels- Conduct introductory meetings to understand prospects' financial situations and goals- Present customized financial planning recommendations and wealth management strategies- Create and implement investment portfolios aligned to each client's risk tolerance- Provide ongoing financial guidance on topics like retirement planning, tax strategies, estate planning, business exit planning, and wealth transfer- Build deep client relationships and become a trusted financial advisor over the long termRequirements:- 3-5 years experience in financial services or client-facing wealth management role- Passion for acquiring new clients and ability to build strong relationships -- Excellent communication skills - able to explain complex concepts clearly and simply- Entrepreneurial drive and proven record of achieving individual production goals- Bachelors degree (finance, business, or economics preferred but not required)We Offer:- Ability to grow your own financial advisory practice with full firm support -- Ongoing training and mentoring programs- Access to firm's comprehensive resources and platform tools- Warm leadsIf you are motivated to grow your own wealth management book, we encourage you to apply!
