You will be responsible for promoting and selling our comprehensive range of flooring products to commercial customers. This position requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through prospecting and networking efforts
• Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and provide flooring solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors
• Collaborate with the internal sales and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metricsQualifications:
  • Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the flooring industry
  • Knowledge of various types of flooring products and applications
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
