These will be your primary responsibilities in your daily goal to fight bad web hosting:Rack and install equipment.Troubleshoot server hardware and network connections (physically).Maintain detailed records of work activity and update internal systems with necessary changes.Install network cables, terminate RJ-45 and fiber as necessary.Here are your other amazing attributes:Must be customer-focused, and willing to do whatever it takes to resolve customer issues.
