Are you up for the dare?This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.POSITION SUMMARYAs a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will play an important supporting role in the overall maintenance and groundskeeping tasks of the factory such as facility expansions, in-depth repairs, sanitation, and aesthetics. You will work extensively within all areas of building maintenance including plumbing, building electrical, repairing walls and floors, HVAC, and more.Electrical troubleshooting and repair including use of multimeter as well as other appropriate tools and safety measures.Plumbing including installation and repair of PVC, copper lines, and more.Cleaning, adjusting, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and equipment within a large facility.Correctly lay out and install man doors and overhead doors.Troubleshoot, repair, and/or rebuild mechanical equipment.Perform general maintenance tasks, repairs, and carpentry related for the factory building and grounds.Plan and work on new mechanical installation from design to completion.All other duties as assigned.MUST BE OPEN TO ALL SHIFTS.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED Equivalent.1+ years
facilities maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, production, military, or related environment.The approximate hourly pay rangefor this position is $31.58. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
