Provide high-quality nursing care in varying critical care units based on daily assignments. Assess patient conditions through diligent monitoring, reporting, and recording of symptoms or changes in patients' statuses. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care planning and documentation. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor reactions or side effects. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for patients and staff. Participate in continuous education to meet the highest standards of nursing practices.
