Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to diagnose and treat mental health disorders. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to patient care. Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and the importance of treatment adherence. Maintain detailed records of patient sessions and progress using Headway's digital record-keeping tools. Proficient in diagnosing and treating various mental health disorders. Strong understanding of pharmacology relevant to psychiatric medications. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
