As an RN Float Specialty, you will provide critical support to multiple units, adapting to different clinical environments and ensuring the highest quality of care and patient safety. Provide comprehensive nursing care in multiple specialty units based on assignment. Adjust quickly to varying healthcare settings and patient needs. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to optimize patient care plans. Maintain a high standard of nursing care and practice in accordance with hospital procedures and regulations. Document patient care services accurately and securely. Assist in the implementation of patient care plans and administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health maintenance.
